Jennifer Hardy-Tindle is the Training Director for AFDO. Her learning and development career has spanned 27 years. The first 20 years were spent working for a Fortune 50 insurance company and the past 7 years were spent working in the food safety industry. Jennifer’s vast experience includes: instructional design, coaching, performance consulting, project management, facilitating/presenting (in-person and virtual), and anything else that needed to be created or accomplished to achieve stellar project objective results. She is passionate about personal development and is certified in Myers-Briggs and DISC. She believes “one size does not fit all” when it comes to learning and believes in designing and creating engaging learning experiences/solutions that ignite curiosity in learners and challenge their current way of thinking and performing.
