Liz Dukes is a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Professional with over 30 years in the restaurant industry. She has acquired her knowledge from starting as an operator and then focusing on her skills in food safety.
Liz is currently a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager for Brinker International, supporting both Chilis and Maggianos for the last 10 years. She also is the current Secretary of the NEHA BIA.
She holds the NEHA CP-FS and participates in numerous professional support organizations such as NEHA, GEHA, FEHA and more.
Liz loves working with the operators she supports and partnering with others in the food industry to keep our communities safe.
