Nicole L. Baysal, MPH, REHS/RS, is the Produce Safety Program Manager at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. She oversees the implementation of the FDA’s Produce Safety Rule in Minnesota, managing a federal cooperative agreement, supervising inspection staff, and leading statewide outreach and education initiatives. With over a decade of experience in food safety and regulatory compliance, Nicole has held multiple leadership roles at MDA and is an active member of the Minnesota Environmental Health Association and the North Central Association of Food and Drug Officials.
