Sean Brown

Sean Brown is a U.S. Army veteran who served as a Medic and Health Inspector before transitioning into a multifaceted civilian career bridging public health, regulatory affairs, and tattoo artistry. He is a renowned tattoo artist specializing in breast cancer reconstructive work, former General Manager of Eternal Ink, and most recently served as Director of Safety, Compliance, and Regulatory for Nexus Brands Group. Sean is also the founder of Republic Tattoo Supply and co-founder of Ever After Pigments—two industry-leading brands in tattoo innovation and safety. In public service, he served as a City Councilmember for the Village of Volente, and now contributes to Planning & Zoning and Public Safety initiatives. With over two decades of experience, Sean is widely recognized as an expert in tattoo ink safety, regulatory strategy, and medical tattooing.
